CREATE A CAMPAIGN

If you would like to create a fundraising campaign page for a charity that is not already listed, download the form below and email it to Matt Chapman. Matt will set up the campaign page for the organization and notify you with instructions for setting up your individual fundraising page. In order to get your campaign page up and running as soon as possible, please be sure to fill out the form completely.
